Mechaphilia? Machine Fetish…
Just ran into this article. I always knew people were into different things, I just didn’t know they took it so seriously. Edward Smith (pictured above) has had few relationships with women and is isn’t gay, he just prefers the company of cars (or in one exception, a helicopter) over humans.
While this may seem very strange, Edward admits he is different but says that as long as he’s not hurting anyone it shouldn’t matter. I agree with him. Let him do whatever makes him happy as long as it doesn’t interfere with anyone else. You have to agree you’d rather have a car “loving” neighbor than some other people you might know.

For people who has obsession for cars like kids for toys, why must we use such a degrading word like mechaphilia? Isn’t that retarded?
