Sad but true.

In my hunt for an investment property in Miami, I’ve been drawn towards downtown Miami. It’s been significantly improved and promises plenty more improvements to come. I certainly hope so because a city like Miami deserves an equally impressive downtown.
So I’ve been told by several Realtors that the Miami DDA (downtown development authority) website has plenty of info on current and upcoming projects. So I headed on over and was greeted by such a cheap and lame attempt at the city trying their best to “fit in” with todays youth.
In the header of the website (and the image above) it states “downtown miami be in the mix”. Come on now, seriously? This is a website owned by the city. If they wanted to “be hip”, they already did it with their snazzy website. That’s actually one of the nicest city/government websites I’ve seen, but “…miami be in the mix” is a step too far in the cool section for me.
