Cristiano Ronaldo diving syndrome explained!
I don’t think anyone can say Cristiano Ronaldo’s skill and ability isn’t great. The guy is good. There are tons of people who hate him because he’s cocky and/or arrogant. I’m not one of those people. I like to watch him play for just those few moments he does a trick or two. It adds entertainment value to the game.
Having said that, Ronaldo is known for being a “diver”. Meaning with the slightest touch or (as the video above shows) no touch at all he seems to just fall, gracefully. I know fans get mad, especially when they’re rooting for the team against Manchester United (the team Ronaldo is on) but that’s just part part of the game well until they get some sort of instant replay or something.
