Free Kenneth Foster.
I was reading an article at TheNation.com which linked to this website. Kenneth Foster is being sentenced to death August 30, 2007 for a crime he didn’t commit. A passenger (Mauriceo Brown) in Fosters car got off and killed a man (Michael LaHood). Brown was executed in 2006 and even though nothing has been proven against Foster the same fate awaits him in just two weeks time. Foster claims he had no idea Brown would make such actions.
I believe that if there’s doubt that someone is accused of being responsible or an accomplice for a crime, no one should be convicted of that crime. Matter of fact, it’s the law (innocent until proven guilty)!
There are a ton of cases out there like this and I’m sure a ton more that actually deserve to be looked at even more. But helping at least one person makes a difference. If you believe this man is wrongly accused visit the website above and email/write to the people that can make a difference.
