Back on Safari
I have been going back and forth between Safari and Firefox like troubled young girl and her abuse ex-boyfriend who hits her. Sick analogy aside, I enjoy the wonders of Firefox for a couple of months, then I find myself back in the comfort of the Safari space. I do tend to miss the slew of Add-ons, but at the same time, those add-ons make Firefox a slow browser to begin with. And it’s not just the slow performance at times, it must be noted that Firefox suffers from a memory leak the size of J-lo’s ass.So here I am back on Safari. I surely miss some the Add-ons like Ad-Block and the multiple input dictionaries. On the other hand, Safari runs well enough (even on this beta release) that I can use it no problem whatsoever. As for the add-on problems, having Inquisitor covers somewhat that void. How long will I stay with Safari? Who knows, for now things are working out just fine. Although the fact that the hyperlink button is useless on the Wordpress Post editor is bothering somewhat. Then again, nothing is perfect…
